Come join us with your beloved pets for our annual Blessing of the Animals service. We meet outside in our courtyard for a brief service in which we give thanks to God for the companionship, the joy, even the improved health that our pets bring us. We also take the time to pray a prayer of thanksgiving and health over each animal (and give them a treat!). All (well-behaved) animals are welcome!
This September we are honored to host another author event. We will be joined by Dennis Okholm, author of “Monk Habits for Everyday People.” Gather with us in the fellowship hall for a book chat and coffee, tea, and some desserts.

This January we are hosting a very special Book & Brew event. An evening with the author of “The Most Extraordinary Life: Discovering the Real Jesus,” Bob Rognlien. Join us in the fellowship hall for a book chat and different brews from our usual fair - coffee and tea and some desserts.

Contact Nancy Ely to sign up for an item to prepare at home or buy and bring back to the church parking lot at 4 PM on January 22 for delivery to CCLM (we are still not serving in person).
Taking the time to write down our own wishes when it comes to a funeral may seem to be a difficult exercise, but it has enormous benefits. For one thing, it helps family and loved ones feel confident that your wishes are being honored. Over the years, we have also seen the comfort and reduced stress it provides for families during a grief-stricken time.
